3. Payments & Refund Policy

For premium themes purchased via manual payment gateways (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Binance Pay), orders are processed upon transaction verification. Because digital products are immediately accessible and downloadable, refunds are only issued if a template is technically defective and cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 business days.

4. Limitation of Liability
